Scars And Marks: Scar on left forearm about 4 inches long from surgery he had about 3-4 years ago.

May have small dark marks on his face from having acne. He also uses products to treat acne, and will at times wear tinted moisturizer to cover the marks.

Also may have bruising/scars on his inner elbows and forearms indicative of using needles.
Artificial Body Parts: Had crutches and a cane, but is unstable on both. He cannot walk well right now.
Finger And Toe Nails: Chews/bites his finger nails, so they are normally very short and thin.
Other Distinctive: Tommy has thick eyebrows and normally tries to pluck/cut them to make them thinner.

Clothing and Accessories

Clothing: White t-shirt with dress shirt over it (light colored - possibly grey) - and grey sweatpants.

May have had a black long sleeve thermal shirt in the trunk of his car. Front of thermal had red cursive writing saying 'The Used' and the band's logo.
Footwear: no shoes on at the time. Someone had stolen his shoes and clothing. He was on crutches as his left leg had been injured when he was beat up.
Jewelry: None.
Eyewear: Was not wearing his eye glasses at the time.
Accessories: May be using a cane instead of crutches.
