Circumstances: Mr Hearn was reported missing on March 12, 2007 when he failed to pick up his young child from school. His car and wallet were still at his apartment, but his cell phone is missing. Attempts to call his cell phone indicate that the phone was either turned off or the battery was dead. Mr Hearn was entered into the national database of missing persons as missing and endangered. He is also listed in NCIC on a bench warrant for unpaid child support.
