Circumstances: Upset and angry about financial situations, William left his home around 1pm and said he was going to go get some bottled water but never returned. a little over a week later his Car found in ditch at the lake on a road normally closed to the public. His eye glasses also found within 10 feet of car and a half emply bottle of a premixed store bought alcohol beverage. Along with him, his keys, wallet, ring and watch went missing. Car was locked
