Circumstances: On 08/20/2006 a person matching Phillip Ferris' description was seen stopping a vehicle mid span on the Golden Gate, exiting the vehicle and jumping off of the west side of the bridge. The vehicle was borrowed by Ferris and recent correspondence indicated he was suicidal. Phillip Ferris has not been seen since.
