Circumstances: Mr. Bastidas was last seen by his brother Richard on 10/02/1989 at 1500 hrs. Mr. Bastidas left his residence at 16 Henry St Bergenfield. Mr. Bastidas was wearing a Brown sweat suit and sneakers. He was also wering a Silver watch. It is unknown what his destination was. Mr. Bastidas had a history of drug and alcohol abuse and had previously overdosed twice. Both times Mr. Bastidas was located in Jacoby Hospital in New York City.
