As a victim of domestic violence ZAKIA moved from her husband's home and established her own residence in the City of Tukwila. She was last known to be alive on the morning of October 30, 2002 when she last spoke with a friend. She was due in court for a hearing on the domestic dispute but did not show for that hearing.
