He was allegedly captured on a surveillance video at 9:59PM at the M & I Thunderbird Bank on West Chandler Blvd. in Chandler AZ, where he was said to have withdrawn hundreds of dollars. On December 25, his maroon Chevrolet pickup truck was found abandoned behind an Olive Garden restaurant in the 1200 block of west Southern Ave. in Mesa, AZ. There was no sign of Clarence. His wallet, credit cards, receipts, and cane were left inside the vehicle.
