Circumstances: Only means of transportation was his bike. Talked with a speech impediment due to cleft palate. Known to suffer Grand Mal seizures, and was possibly diabetic. Robert was known to ride his bike for long distances and was last seen in Huron Ohio at the end of July, 2006 on his bike. Robert didn't associate with many people due to his speech impediment.
Roberts apartment was left abandoned. Landlord checked on Robert after being late on rent and found a stereo on, as well as lights on. Roberts bike was gone.
