Circumstances: On 08/03/2015 MP James Fisher was seen on surveillance video from the EZ Mart in DeQueen, Arkansas at approximately 8:58 pm. According to the son they were driving and MP Fisher saw police and told son to drive to the end of North Gate where MP Fisher told the son to pick him up at a nearby store. Then MP Fisher ran into a field and has not been seen or heard from since that time.
