Circumstances: Paulette owns PJ's Coffee Shop in Mandeville. She told her employee that she was going to the store at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. Her vehicle was seen on a street camera getting onto I-59 in Mandeville, headed towards Slidell which is where she lives. The police said her phone pinged the cell tower in Slidell near the Grand Theatre (1950 Gause Blvd W, Slidell, LA 70460)
