Circumstances: William was fishing with three other people when their boat capsized off the shore of Algoma WI in Lake Michigan in June of 2000. Three out of the four individuals were recovered by the Coast Guasrd as well as their 19 foot aluminum-hulled boat. William is presumed to have drowned.
