Circumstances: The Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the disappearance of Scott Shaffer on 05/14/17 from Shippensburg, PA . Shaffer is described as a white male, 48 years of age and was last seen wearing a blue wind breaker, white t-shirt, blue jeans and New Balance sneakers. Shaffer is believed to be traveling by foot and might possibly still be in the area. Shaffer has been suffering from depression and physical tremors recently.
