Circumstances: Tejin was last seen when leaving her house, supposedly to visit a friend. She never arrived at the friends house. Investigation revealed 3 suicide notes left by Tejin stating that she was going to commit suicide by throwing herself in the Potomac River. Property believed to belong to Tijen was subsequently recovered near and in the Potomac River.
