Circumstances: Richard 'Richie' Arnold, 23, was reported missing Wednesday by his ex-girlfriend's family. He was last seen on April 15th around 1:00 p.m. Troopers say Arnold has an apartment in Maxwelton and an address in Rupert, but does not currently have a job or a vehicle. Troopers said they believe Arnold may have traveled to Fayette County.
