Circumstances: Westover told his family that his lung cancer had returned and that he was going to Canada to visit some friends. A family friend was to give him a ride to the Punxsutawney bus station and Westover told his friend that he had a ride coming so he left. This was the last time anyone saw Westover. His family discovered that Westover did not have cancer and he never caught a bus out of Punxsutawney. Westover's belongings and Identification were all found at his house.
