Circumstances: Unknown. Raymond, who also goes by Dean, left his residence on November 26, 2005 and was seen later that day in Millard County, UT. On November 28, 2005, witnesses saw his vehicle off the Ute Exit 80 off of I-15 in Nevada and saw a person with the vehicle though they could not recall the description of the person with the vehicle. The vehicle was found on December 1, 2005 at the same location but Raymond was nowhere to be found. Raymond suffers from Alzheimer's disease.
