Circumstances: Evelyn Piper telephoned her daughter on the morning of November 30, 1994 (approximately 9:00 A.M. Piper told her daughter that she was leaving for Jerusalem to get married. Piper’s daughter believed her mother was joking because she was not dating anyone.
Piper stated that she would return the following Sunday. Piper’s daughter has not seen or heard from her since. Daughter does not know who her mother was planning to marry.
Piper had some type of business holding “jewelry shows.†Piper asked her daughter to hold her jewelry shows while she was gone. Her daughter declined because she did not know how to do them. Piper replied that she would make other arrangements.
