Circumstances: Steven Hafer was last seen in late March 1989. Hafer's family reported him missing in 1992; they previously believed he was alive.
The Grants Lick man was married to his high school sweetheart and had two young daughters.
In March of 1989, however, he was having marital problems and getting a divorce. When he went missing his family thought he took some time and went off by himself to get his head and life together and would show up.
