Circumstances: On February 12, 1990, at about 4:15 p.m., James left his workplace where he worked as a welder at a metal craft shop in Seguin. James allegedly spent time with a co-worker that afternoon. James was last seen filling his car at an Ice House at the intersection of Hwy 90 and Court St. in Seguin at about 4:30 p.m. He has not been seen since. His wallet was found the next day at the intersection of FM 78 and FM 725 near McQueeney. His 1983 Subaru was found the next day in the parking lot of a grocery store in Seguin. The car was locked and out of gas. An online blog posted 10 years after his disappearance stated that after James went missing, James' girlfriend spent a lot of time with the co-worker who was last seen with him.
