Circumstances: This subject was last known to be at Montview Apartments in Chattanooga, TN where he worked as a maintenance man and rent collector. His truck was found parked and locked at said apartments but there have been no sightings or contact with him since approx 2pm on Dec. 2nd, 1996. Foul play is suspected due to the sudden and uncharacteristic disappearance of Mr. Victor Showers.
