Circumstances: On 03/03/2010 the secondary party, Betty Super, stated that she and her brother, Billy Silvers, talk four times a week, but has not spoken or seen him since 12/30/2009. Another secondary party, Kenny Hamm (step-son), drove Billy Silvers to Malvern, Arkansas in December of 2009. Kenny Hamm stated that he felt Billy Silvers did not want to be found because of illegal activities.
