Circumstances: Nancy was working as a clerk for a Fina gas station when she was found to be missing. She was last seen by a patrol officer approximately 15 minutes before her disappearance. She was wearing shorts, halter top and a smock, all blue in color. The smock had a 'Fina' station logo. Her purse and money were found behind the counter and her car was parked at the station.

Layton man accused of murdering his wife, deported to Mexico
LAYTON, Utah (ABC 4 Utah) - Immigration officials have deported a Layton man -- suspected of murder in Mexico. Ivan Tapia-Cacique is accused of killing his wife after she disappeared in 2002. Immigration officials say Tapia-Cacique fled to the U.S. shortly after his wife's disappearance. U.S. marshals arrested him at his Layton home in October.
