Circumstances: Buddy Robinson, 30, is charged with murder in the death of 22-year-old Christiana Fesmire.

Fesmire's body has yet to be recovered.

Police say Buddy Robinson and Fesmire got into an argument and Robinson slammed Fesmire's head against the bathtub, then submerged her body in the tub filled with water.

Robinson, according to the document, then put Fesmire's body in the trunk of his car and disposed of her body in a swampy area, however he cannot recall that specific location.

Detectives found blood markings in the apartment and signs of a blood clean-up. The DNA taken from those blood spots matched DNA taken from Fesmire's toothbrush.
