Circumstances: Peter was living in an Assisted Living Facility, Apple Springs, and has memory impairment and dementia due to Alzheimer's Disease. He was last seen in his room at about 9:00pm, but was not there when checked again at 10:20 pm.
It appeared that Mr. Greene had gone for a walk and never returned. The area of the nursing home was searched extensively for several days after the disappearance. No evidence as to his whereabouts has been located.
