Circumstances: Per law enforcement - Emily is believed to have been removed from the state of Florida (possibly to Mexico)by her parents. Her father, Luis Rojo-Hernandez (DOB:04/29/1985), is wanted by the Polk County Sheriff's Office for obstructing a court order by removing his child, Emily, from the state contrary to a court order. Thechild's mother, Cinthy Cruz-Garcia(DOB:02/20/1982), is also wanted by the Polk County Sheriff's Office for aggraved child abuse against Emily.It is believed that Cinthya and Luis fled the state(possibly to Mexico) with the child in an effort to avoid prosecution. Because of the facts surrounding the aggravated child abuse investigation the child is believed to be in immediate danger.
