Circumstances: On 12-11-01 at 10:20 a.m. the fishing vessel 'Nesika' capsized in the Pacific Ocean, 1 mile west of Yaquina Head. Four fisherman were lost, one body has been subsequently identified as 'Langlot, Steven'. The missing fisherman are Robert Thompson, Benjamin Eder and Jared Hamrick.
