Circumstances: The police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Yana Aliaksandrovna Aksinevich, 23, who was last seen at a pharmacy located at 1231 Madison Ave. in Manhattan on Tuesday, Dec. 18, at 10 p.m.

Aksinevich is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds, with a medium build and black hair. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, black cowboy boots and a black leather jacket.
