Culbertson has fake teeth that are noticeable when he smiles. Culbertson was last seen wearing a gray coat and carrying a large black backpack containing his laptop. It is believed Culbertson has no credit cards, cell phone or identification in his possession. Culbertson is diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome.
