Circumstances: Clarence arrived in Oregon from New Mexico on 10/9/14 to see his children he hadn't seen in several months.
That evening he stayed with a friend. On 10/10/14 that friend dropped Clarence off at the Department of Human services building.
On the evening of 10/10/14 Clarence called the mother of his children to make plans to see his children. He was very excited to see his children.
On 10/11/14 Clarence called his mother to let her know he'd arrived.
