His cousin reported to the Sheriff's Office that he dropped My Brower off at 11 AM 8/31/12 at Todds Tavern area of Spotsylvania Co to work a 'side job' he had applied for from the paper. The cousin has not seen him since that time. Family has not heard from him either (in Pennsylvania). Mr Browner left his cell phone and charger behind at his cousins residence in Spotsylvania Co.
