He was homeless and stayed in several places in the county, traveling by bicycle or on foot. he was usually found in an inebriated state. He was known to contact a friend daily but had not since Sept 2013. A female acquaintance last saw him on a bus with her in Arrington, VA and may have been headed to North Carolina to meet an unknown female.
