Circumstances: Langdale was last seen at the Tri Rail Station, Yamato Rd in Boca Raton, on Sept 10, 2013. He was to catch the southbound train to the Miami Airport. Langdale had purchased a sailboat in South Florida, and he said that he needed to go to Portland, Oregon as there were problems with the boat's paperwork. The sailboat is still in S. Florida and it was later learned that the boat's documentation were all in order.
Langdale has a history of alcohol abuse and homelessness despite having more than sufficient funds to afford housing.
